Fresh off of celebrating its 25th anniversary, iconic fighting video game Street Fighter is making its way onto New Era Caps. This snapback features one of the game’s most popular characters – the fireball-throwing, Shoryuken uppercut master: Ryu. This cap features character image of Ryu forming in his Hadouken pose, embroidered on the front of the cap, paying homage to the game’s roots. The cap features a white shell with a red visor. “Street Fighter” is embroidered on the front, with a red New Era logo on the side. As a long-time fan of the Street Figher video game series, I hope one day to see a full-collection collaboration between New Era and Street Fighter, similar to the Star Wars series of New Era caps.
