As always, Frank’s Chop Shop has a lot to offer, using their Agenda NYC booth to showcase hats from both their upcoming collections and popular styles that were recently released. In their current collections, the more popular styles are their text hats, a stand out one being the “Mind Your Business” hat. Their LA hat is well known also, and for good reason as it manipulates their logo to show some hometown love! One of the newer hats that we’ll be seeing a lot more of is their ‘Keyhole’ design with Ben Frank, himself, peering through. The brand had a variety of different styles of headwear on displays including 5-panel caps and bucket hats! The designated hitter spent the majority of his career playing for the Boston Red Sox and so far is a 3 time world champion over the course of his stay. Canadian clothing brand Oak + Oar gives off a preview of their next collection which includes a pair of 59Fifty New Era fitted caps. In 2012 the brand evolved from a boating trip that had them rowing back to shore by Oar due to mechanical motor failures. The Pittsburgh Pirates canvas features a black base with peach and yellow stars, all over specs and astrology symbols throughout the whole hat. Being a huge fan of Hall of Fame myself I’ve come to enjoy many of their fitteds in my personal collection from past seasonal releases. The Los Angeles brand situated on Fairfax has stepped up their game enormously seeing collaborations with the best streetwear labels and use of high end fabrics. Kenzo recently dropped brand new collaboration caps with New Era which are inspired by their Fall/Winter men’s collection prints: Flying Tigers, Tiger Heads and Clouds. Yesterday, the brand released exclusive pics of their next drops of Kenzo X New Era product.
