Rockies have new (Possible) Home hats.....with an anniversary patch. Take a look on their Instagram for details. Pretty nice IMO

Thanks for the heads up. I like the cap but it makes them look even more like the White Sox. lol I still might be tempted to grab one if it's offered minus the patch.

Per their Twitter they will be worn in ST & BP.

They are poly on the pic so I have no clue how this works.

I agree, some of the logos are cool...basically just players weekend stuff. The Rockies I think is the best. Curious about the fabric,I bet it will be great to play in,the de caps were always nice to play in. It's just the rubber logo ,I feel it will peel off...

Good to see the Nats were thinking way outside the box and got crazy creative with theirs.

From what I read on tomahawk talk, the Braves will be wearing theirs as alternates throughout the season, so Id assume some other teams will be doing this as well hence why some teams went way conservative in design like the Nats and the cubs with the red C.

Can't find any SF Giants Prolight caps on any of the websites.

Did I overlook it? Did they participate with this cap line?

Was hoping for an alternate logo but I doubt it...

Can't speak to why SF Giants caps aren't on the websites for purchase, but all the clubs are participating in this line. Giants have two versions: orange-crowned and white-crowned. Yes, same interlocking SF logo.

Really? Have we ever had a season where there was not at least one new on-field hat? Off the top of my head, I cannot think of one... Not questioning you, by the way, just surprised...

Ok Ive said my piece about it on every social media site available to me and tagged Lids. Not that it will change anything but it made me feel better. Im over it now, sorry for the rant but thanks for being somewhere that I could speak my mind about my passion with like minded Mad Hatters!

Depends how you classify "new" and "on field". There are the Rockies and Royals patch hats (maybe Marlins, Dodgers and Padres too depending on if they celebrate seasons or anniversaries), possibly a Giants one. Then you have the whole new set of BP/ST hats that will I am sure be forced into regular season games just like the DE's were a few years back.

Lastly, there will likely be some random new alt(s) that show up at a team's fanfest next year like the Nats' ones this year).

Bought the Astros new BP cap with a 30% off coupon I had from Fanatics. I'll have to post a review when it comes in Friday. Only paid $25 shipped for it so we will see if it is worth it.
