Has anyone picked up the Royals grey crown/blue brim custom? Just wondering how the poly and construction are.

I picked this up a few weeks ago. Poly is good and construction was good as well.

The latest. Royals original 1969 logo and Asheville Hippies (Tourists) 2018.

I've been trying to pay attention to poly quality after reading about it here. I never really paid attention to it in the past.
Getting these two at the same time shows an obvious difference though - the Royals is thicker, heavier, softer - I think I'm starting to get it.
As I go back to check through the collection, are there any other tell-tale signs (good or bad) to watch out for?
Guy talks about fuzz being good, right? Smile

I really like that Royals hat.

Hat Club has been killing it with these releases. I wish the latest Indians one was the all blue hat, with red crooked C. I've wanted one of those for years. Fingers crossed, they'll make it happen, at some point.

I hope so, I'll probably break my arm whipping my wallet out of my pocket, if they do.

Anyone handle the Cards 1942 cap? If so, poly/construction reviews would be welcome. I'm gun shy when it comes to dark navy poly again after having to send back my Athletics cap. Will pull the trigger on this one if it has the good stuff that was used on the NL ump and wishbone Wahoo caps.

This is the one I'm talking about: https://www.hatclub.com/collections/new-arrivals-1/products/div-h1-class-product_title-entry-title-exclusive-new-era-59fifty-st-louis-cardinals-1942-hat-nbsp-2t-navy-red-h1-div

Just bought this one 10 minutes ago, but I will receive it in one or two months aprox. I have a feeling it will have the batting wahoo poly which was acceptable but not great

Saw these at one of the Hat Clubs in San Diego

I'm a die hard Giants fan and think the Padres aren't even worth the time it would take to bag on them, but good God that all brown cap is something I would rock to DEATH. They need to correct the mistake they made and go back to their original look ASAP.

I like both those colorways but would love to see them in the current SD. I'm not necessarily a back the brown supporter, but I do love my Friday Brown/Yellow (USA made BTW) Padres hat and would love an all brown with yellow SD cap.

Also, I would love if Hat Club did ship to store or a Amazon Locker type of delivery for online orders so that my lady can stop asking me why another box from Hat Club showed up in our mailbox! Hell, even a blank box would help my cause! "Nope, this one is DEFINITELY NOT from Hat Club. It's...uh, it's a book. Yeah a book. About things. Stop asking questions!"

Are they ever going to do a Reds throwback of any kind? Or any Reds cap at all? I like everything they've been doing but would it kill them to throw us one?

Apparently this one just came into HC's Bay Area stores. HC Twitter says it's their '58-'76 cap but to my eyes it looks like the '77-'82 cap but with a black brim and green underbrim. NE and/or the Giants don't recognize the existence of the actual logo from that period, correct?
