Bought an ASG hat at the Giants game last night. Made in China, but fits well.

The Giants version |
Why did they use that logo for the Giants? |
It looks like they are using retro logos for this year's 4th of July hats |

Just a heads up in St. Louis folks. Marshall has good amount of authentics made in the USA with imported material for $9.99. The fit and feel is similar to the old made in the usa caps. I'm trying to get back in the game because I love the sensation of hunting down good "made in the usa" caps now. |

Nats are celebrating the Expos on July 6. Wearing throwbacks. Pinwheel coming. Any chance these are 1. MUSA and 2. Have batterman?
I called the team store this morning and they said they won’t have the hats until that day and have no info on them beyond that... |

I highly doubt they will be USA made unless the Nats planned it a while ago and Derby churned them out before the closure. Does anyone know if the Miami-area manufacturing has started yet? _________________ The Ballcap Blog is back: @ http://ballcapblog.blogspot.com |

I found a Turn back the clock 1970's STL logo from 2017 made in USA at TJMAXX today!
I also found a retro white hat with Soutache braiding with a 1931 World Series patch I couldn't pass up either both in 7 5/8. usually I find hats undersized but these fit pretty nice. |

Picked up a low profile Pittsburgh Crawfords hat from the Pirates' TBTC night. It's Made in Bangladesh. The fit and construction isn't terrible, but the quality of the materials is downright awful. |

Wonder if NE is putting "Bangladesh" on China-made hats to avoid the Trump tariffs. That's been an issue with other products. |

Not sure if its across the board in all retail stores but the store I work at is marking up on fields tomorrow from $37.99 to $39.99. Last time we marked them up everyone else made the mark ups around the same time. Just an FYI |

Fantatics has raised prices. Regular On-Fields are now $39.99. On-Field patch hats are $41.99. Special event hats stayed the same $39.99. |

And all for lesser quality predominantly foreign-made crap. Insanity. |

Wow.
And here I see non flagged musa great poly sit at $15-$25 on eBay
I don’t get people. There isn’t really a sellers market right now but Lids has managed to still sell hats at these markups. |

Yeah, it's weird. I've listed NWOT MUSA poly caps on eBay and had to accept peanuts. Gotten some decent deals myself as well. I suspect this second price increase in the span of a few months is tariff-related but it's still incredible that they're trying to sell a significantly worse product for more money. |

NE has seemed increasingly tone deaf over the last few years, so while it's incredible, it's sadly not susprising. |
