New Era has always had an unadvertised policy that they will repair caps that have some sort of defect regardless of age and as long as they are unworn. I was informed that this is no longer the case, and if anyone sends in any caps for repairs they will be returned unrepaired.

they returned my lid in amazing condition and Im forever thankful
