like I mentioned it worked for me on an authentic wool cap....
I assume yours is 100% wool, not sure about the faux fur,

it is 20% wool
and wool does shrink!
You can try and spray it with a water bottle until its damp and then wear it till it gets dry |

i have a denim fitted that i purchased online, but it's huge, fits like a 7 7/8, you guys think it's possible to shrink?
