They do, but they are the same ones that Hat Club has. I know because I ordered one and sent it back.
And for those wondering, the Braves 2010 80's TBTC gear was sold at the Padres garage sale in 2011. The team opted not to take them. This was told to me by someone that attended and bought a bunch of the gear.

I tried. He doesn't want to part with it right now. He sells some stuff on eBay, I believe he goes by "jobu_needs_a_refill" or something similar.

| Astros wore two TBTC hats in 2010. They wore the Blue Star H cap with the orange button and the Blue Star H cap with the blue button. They were never sold at retail but I got both team issued from the club. The Orange button cap is 100% with green underbrim and white sweatband. The Blue button one is 100% poly with white sweatband and green underbrim. Both are period correct with no batterman logo and skinny H. |

Just got back from the A's vs. Mariners 50s PCL TBTC game. The Oaks and Rainiers caps were definitley New Era; black underside with MLB logos on back. No fitted on-field Oaks caps were available at the ballpark, just the adjustable stadium giveaways. 
The caps in the commercials that were advertised to be given away at the entrance to the game had New Era flags on the side. The actual caps they gave away were velcro strap adjustable "OC" brand and are terrible quality.

Whenever NE deems to deliver them.
Civil Rights Game is Braves/Dodgers in August, expect those hats to be marked with 'Civil Rights Game' one the side.
Oaks & Rainers hats were NE today, curious if any were sold at the stadium.

BTW, just sent out a ton of emails regarding some non-retail TBTC caps and should get some results. They were given to me by people that have connections and to some people behind the scenes. I hope everything works out in my (& our) favor.

OMG, as an A's fan whos lived in the pacific northwest most of his life I would die for both the Oaks and Rainiers hats. Just watched the highlights and both def were New Era with black underbrims. I WANT

Ebbets Field Flannels just said that New Era can't sell these in retail, and that someone screwed up because the Oaks never wore such caps and are an "abomination" according to EFF.

ya when I saw the Oaks hat my first impressions were that I've never seen an Oaks logo like that
fml if I can't get my hands on at least the rainiers fitted...
