Yeah. Someone start a thread. I can provide some photos.
Absolute trash looking quality on the SD caps. |
Yes, the one from the manager introductory press conference looked all warped and wonky. The ones the players wore at the uniform unveiling all had Elmer Fudd crowns. _________________ The Ballcap Blog is back: @ http://ballcapblog.blogspot.com |

So I haven’t been able to find any of the Nats World Series hats, the road ones they wore in the series in my size 7.5. MLB shop doesn’t have them, same with lids, since they’re basically the same stock. Anyone know what the deal is with these? Why so rare? |

Unfortunately New Era supposedly had a shortage of those caps. There just weren't enough in New Era's inventory to go around. _________________ The Ballcap Blog is back: @ http://ballcapblog.blogspot.com |

Thanks for replying. Do you know if they will still produce them for a little while? |

Unfortunately, I don't think they make them once the series is over. However, you may want to try calling sports apparel stores in the Washington, DC area since they sold them. I believe Lids and Dicks Sporting Goods in the DC area had them. You should also try the Nats team store at the ballpark. One member of this board had some luck with them. _________________ The Ballcap Blog is back: @ http://ballcapblog.blogspot.com |

Ok everyone,
Just wanted to let everyone know Fanatics is dead to me....
I went ahead and bought 10 White Sox on-field fitteds to see if a few would be MUSA material(it's worked before). It didn't matter how much I spent since it was cyber Monday and I got free returns. 2-day shipping turned into 7-day shipping. When the hats arrived, they were all made in Haiti!! Never seen a Haiti-made hat before so tried one on and oh my god! The bills are shaped differently and the crowns look nothing like USA ones. The black color in the light looked like a greasy dark green! I returned all of them frustrated it's now this difficult to get MUSA, quality hats anymore. |

They are not making them any more. There are plenty of reasons to not like fanatics, but this is all on New Era and Christopher Koch. |

kyle, New Era's USA factory has been closed. New Era only makes imported trash now no matter where you buy from. You might get lucky and find a MUSA straggler occasionally but those are all old stock now. |

That's why I should only stick with eBay/Poshmark/Mercari. |

Or game used/team issued. Most teams sell them. _________________ The Ballcap Blog is back: @ http://ballcapblog.blogspot.com |
