It's super easy to do. Come in regualr and really it is about elbow position and take off, depends on whether you are going frontside or back side. If backside try to redistribute your weight so that you take off of your nose, rotate your shoulders, becasuse where your upper body goes so does your lower body, remeber to twist that head around to spot your landing. If going frontside, lean back a little more, so most of your weight is on your back leg. try to take off on your tail, same time rotation constant rotation of your shoulders. If you want to spin faster bring your arms and shoulders in toward your body. |

You need to have a set up carve it is kinda the key to it all. backside 3's are the easiest way to go (your back will face the landing in the first 90 degrees) it is almost like doing a S up to a jump (goofy).you are at the most left of the bottom of the jump carve into it going right and @ about a quarter to the top get on your toe side and carve left and pop at the end of the lip and you should get it. (you will take some bad falls so start real small) |

An awesome way to learn and become more familiar with your board and snowboarding, is to strap right in at home on your carpet. Practice jumping around (in a spot with carpet.) Practice leaning over the Nose and Tail this technique will give you a feel for your board. Bottom line the more your on your board the better your going to snowboard. Once you can manual on the nose and tail practice jumping 90 degrees and landing on your nose or tail. If you do this all the time you’re guaranteed to do better on the mountain |
