You could contact Ideal Cap Company (idealcapco.com); they may do requests. Their website says they don't do one-off stuff but I have requested certain caps and they have obliged.

I know they did a Boston Bees cap back in the day.

Here's my one-off 1962 San Jose Bees cap, it just arrived today. They got the logo and everything perfect. I'm very happy with the results!

Paul, I sent an email to customorders@ebbets.com that's where I ask for a special hat right?

I NEED the El Paso sun kings from when they were angels affiliated. I NEED it hahaha

Call them. I inquired about a custom order and after they verified that they could do it, I was told to submit the specs and provide my payment info. I did so and assumed I'd get my hat in 8 weeks. 8 weeks passed and I got nothing. I called to see what the status was and they didn't even have an order in for it. I spoke with Tim at Ebbets and gave him my specs for my custom hat and it was made and shipped to me soon after. Best bet is to call. When you do, I recommend speaking with Tim.

It took a little over the 8 weeks. I would have been happy to receive it faster, however I was fine with it because I love what Ebbets does, and the product they put out. Considering the size of the company, and the uniqueness of the product, I was willing to wait however long it was going take. And dealing with Tim is always been a pleasure. I have ordered quite a few things from Ebbets and whenever there was an issue or delay with my order, Tim made things right.

I forgot to mention in my previous post that my first inquiry for the custom hat was all via email. After time passed and I had no hat, I called and spoke with Tim and he took my order for the hat, and sent me an invoice soon after. A little frustrating, but in the end I got my hat and I love it and am contemplating putting in an order for another custom.
